This house was pokey inside and needed more entertaining space.

The cost of a builders extension was over captilising and way exceeding budget.

Landscape construction consisted of steel framed pergola/roofing, compressed fibro walls and hardwood timber screening/decking which brought costs down to almost 1/3 of the price and limited the approval plans and council processes.
